In addition to leading an exceptional team at HIAA, Joyce is committed to supporting and advising the aviation industry through various board memberships, locally, nationally, and internationally, including serving as a Board Member and Past Chair of the Canadian Airports Council, past board member of the Airports Council International (ACI) World Governing Board, and Board Member and past President of the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Canada Airports Association. An accomplished leader, Joyce has received numerous awards including being named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEOs by Atlantic Business Magazine from 2017 to 2020, one of Atlantic Canada’s 25 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2023 by Atlantic Business Magazine, and one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in the Most Powerful CEOs category in 2023.
